Dungeon Hire Prices in London (2027): What You Really Pay

Published 7 min read Published by Bayswater Dungeon Suite

Dungeon hire prices in London typically run from about £55 to £70 an hour for a private space, around £120 to £140 for two hours, and roughly £280 to £400 for an overnight block. At Bayswater Dungeon Suite, hourly hire starts at £65 and an overnight stay costs from £300.

Those ranges come from the rates London venues publish on their own websites, checked in autumn 2026. We have not named anyone, because the point of this guide is not to compare venues. It is to help you read any price list and know what you are really paying for.

How much does it cost to hire a dungeon in London?

The headline number depends on three things: how long you book, which night of the week it is, and how many people are coming. Here is the picture across the London market, followed by our own rates.

Booking lengthTypical London rangeBayswater Dungeon Suite
1 hourOften not offered; 2-hour minimums are common£65
2 hours£120 to £140£120
4 hours£230 to £250£220
5 to 6 hours£280 and up£260 to £300
Overnight (weekday)£280 to £400 for around 14 hours£300 for 18:00 to 11:00
Overnight (Friday or Saturday)Often the same or higher£350

Market figures are indicative only. Venues change their prices, and some do not publish them at all, which is worth noting in itself.

Why does dungeon hire cost what it does?

A private dungeon is an expensive thing to run. Specialist furniture is built to take weight and repeated use. Leather, metal and wood all need different care. Then there is rent in Zone 1 or 2, utilities, laundry for every booking, consumables and, above all, cleaning time.

Cleaning is the cost guests notice least and should value most. After every booking we disinfect every surface and every item of equipment with Versan viricidal disinfectant, and the suite also has a Luxibel B hybrid UVC sanitation system. That labour sits inside every hourly rate. A venue that seems unusually cheap may be saving money exactly there.

What extras can change the final bill?

The advertised rate is rarely the whole story. Before you compare two quotes, check each of these:

  • Extra guests. Our daytime rates include up to two people. Each additional guest is £50 for bookings of up to five hours, and £75 for six hours or more and for overnight stays. No booking can exceed four people.
  • Specialist equipment. Some items are rented separately. Ours are the sex machine (£50), the inflatable rubber bag (£70), the textile sling with crescent frame (£30) and the heavy-duty RedUK sling frame (£50).
  • Flexible timings. Early check-in at 16:00 adds £40; late check-out at 12:00 adds £50.
  • Bank Holidays. Higher overnight rates apply on the night before a Bank Holiday.
  • Deposits. For overnight stays, professional packages and bookings of six hours or more, we place a £100 pre-authorisation on your card, released after your stay.
  • Food and drink. Not included with us. Light snacks are available for a small fee, or bring your own.

What should be included in the price?

When you pay for a private dungeon, you should expect exclusive use of the space for the whole booking, access to the standard equipment, clean linen and basic consumables. At our suite that means the dungeon, a bedroom, a private kitchen and a bathroom with shower, plus condoms, lube and gloves. You can see every item on our equipment list.

What the price does not buy is a service. A dungeon for hire provides the room and the kit. We do not provide staff, participants or personal services of any kind, and you should be wary of any venue that blurs that line.

How do hourly and overnight prices compare per hour?

Overnight stays look expensive until you divide them by the hours. Our standard overnight runs from 18:00 to 11:00, which is 17 hours. Even allowing for sleep, the cost per waking hour is a fraction of a short daytime session.

BookingPriceHours
2-hour session£1202
6-hour session£3006
Weekday overnight£30017
Weekend overnight£35017

If you were already planning a long evening, it is usually worth asking yourself whether an overnight stay makes more sense. Sunday to Thursday nights are the best value of the week.

Are there cheaper ways to hire a dungeon?

There are sensible ways to spend less without cutting corners:

  • Book a weekday rather than a Friday or Saturday night.
  • Choose the length you need. Two hours is enough for many couples on a first visit.
  • Bring your own food and drink.
  • Bring your own personal toys if you prefer them; guests are welcome to.
  • Avoid paying for extras you will not use. Check the standard equipment first.

Verified professionals can also save 20% on overnight bookings, and multi-day packages are available. Details are on our professional packages page.

What we would not recommend is choosing purely on price. A cheaper flat that has not been cleaned properly, or where you cannot be sure who else has a key, is not a saving. Neither is a room where the furniture was never designed to take a person’s weight.

What is the cancellation policy, and how does it affect value?

Our bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, but you can reschedule yourself up to 72 hours before your visit using the link in your confirmation email. That flexibility protects the value of what you have paid. If we ever have to cancel, you choose between a full refund and a new date.

Always read the terms before you pay. A low price with a strict no-change policy can cost more in the end than a slightly higher one with room to move.

Which questions should you ask before you pay?

A two-minute email can save an awkward surprise. These are the questions we would ask any venue, including us:

  1. Is the quoted price for the whole space, and for how many people?
  2. Which items on the equipment list cost extra?
  3. Is there a deposit, and when is it released?
  4. How is the space cleaned between bookings, and with what?
  5. Can I reschedule if something comes up, and how much notice do you need?
  6. Is anyone else on the premises during my booking?
  7. Will I need to show ID on arrival?

Clear, specific answers are a good sign. Vague ones, or no reply at all, tell you something too. You will find our own answers on our FAQs page.

Per hour, almost always. Our weekday overnight stay runs from 18:00 to 11:00 for £300, which works out far cheaper per hour than a short daytime booking.
