Hotels are not built for kink, and a spare room at home rarely feels like a scene. Bayswater Dungeon Suite gives couples a dedicated space in West London that is set up for play, cleaned between every booking and completely private for the hours you book.
The suite was designed by two professional dominatrices, Madame Caramel and Miss Anne Tittou. It has a dungeon room with a gold-framed throne, a spanking bench, stocks and a cage bed, and a separate bedroom with LED lighting and mirrors. There is a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, so you can take breaks, eat and freshen up without leaving.
Some couples come to try one thing they have talked about for years. Others already play at home and want more room, better furniture or a full night away. Either way, nothing is expected of you: use as much or as little of the equipment as you like.

If you have never been to a dungeon, this is how a booking at Bayswater Dungeon Suite works from start to finish.
Choose hourly or overnight
Hourly hire runs from 1 to 6 hours (£65 for one hour, £120 for two). An overnight stay runs from 18:00 to 11:00. First-timers often book two to three hours.
Book and pay online
Pick a date and time on the booking page and pay by card. You receive a confirmation email straight away, with a link to change the date if you need to.
Receive the address
The exact address in W2 is sent with your confirmation. The nearest stations are Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington.
Arrive and settle in
Bring photo ID: everyone must be 18 or over and ID may be checked. Once you are inside, the suite is yours. Take a few minutes to look around before you start.
Play at your own pace
Agree your limits and a safe word beforehand. Either of you can stop at any time. Waterproof sheets are available for messy play.
Leave on time
Leave by the end of your booking. You do not need to clean the equipment: the suite is disinfected and UVC-sanitised after every booking.

Overnight: a night away for two
An overnight stay gives you up to 17 hours in the suite. Arrive in the evening, play, sleep in the bedroom on the new metal-framed double bed with a pocket-sprung mattress, and leave late the next morning. Luxury bedding is provided, and you can cook or bring a takeaway in the kitchen.
Many couples book a night for an anniversary or a birthday. Gift cards are also available and can be used towards any booking.

Is the dungeon suitable for beginners?
Yes. Many couples book for their first visit to a dungeon. The suite is private, nobody watches or joins in, and you decide how much of the equipment to use. Our hosts can answer questions by email before you book.
Will anyone else be there during our booking?
No. You have exclusive use of the whole suite for the full booking. It is never shared with other guests, and no staff stay on site with you.
How many people does a couples booking cover?
Daytime rates are for up to 2 people and overnight rates are for a couple. Extra guests can be added for a fee, up to a maximum of 4 people per booking.
Do we need to bring anything?
No. The equipment, condoms, lube and gloves are provided, and overnight stays include bedding. Bring food and drinks if you like — light snacks are also available for a small fee. You are welcome to bring your own toys. See the equipment list.
Is it discreet?
Yes. The suite is a private flat in Bayswater, West London. Its exact address is only sent with your booking confirmation, and your details are handled in line with our privacy policy.
Can we change our date?
Bookings are non-refundable, but you can move your booking to another available date yourself, using the link in your confirmation email, up to 72 hours before your visit.
