A private BDSM flat in Bayswater
Behind an ordinary front door in West London is a fully equipped dungeon. The suite was designed by dominatrices Madame Caramel and Miss Anne Tittou, who chose every piece of furniture, the toys, the artwork and the lighting.
The flat has four rooms and is booked by one party at a time. Red walls, gold-framed mirrors and fetish illustrations set the tone; coloured LED lighting changes the mood of the bedroom from red to blue or purple. Wooden floors run through the play areas, with rubber mats under the heavier furniture.

Room 1
The dungeon room
The main BDSM room is where most of the furniture is. A black leather throne with carved gold arms faces the room. Around it are the bondage chair, a padded spanking bench with cuffs, the electric bench, wooden stocks for hands and feet, a smother chair with head sling in its steel frame, and a trampling stool.
Along one wall, a rack holds hoods and gas masks above a row of canes, crops, paddles, tawses, whips and floggers. Restraints, collars, spreader bars and sensation toys complete the set. The cage bed stands at the far end, beneath a shelf of hoods.
Four specialist items, including the slings and the machine, are rental extras added when you book.
Room 2
The bedroom
The second room is the bedroom, used for overnight stays and as a softer space for role-play and aftercare. It has a bed with luxury bedding, a mirrored ceiling panel, ornate mirrors on the walls and a leather bench.
LED strips around the ceiling and floor can be set to red, blue or purple. For messy play, the bed is fitted with waterproof “Sheets of San Francisco”.
Kitchen and bathroom
Both are private to your booking, which is what makes longer sessions and overnight stays comfortable.
Kitchen
A fitted kitchen with oven, kettle and toaster. Food and drinks are not included: bring your own, or ask about light snacks for a small fee.
Bathroom
A walk-in shower with glass screen, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Condoms, lube and gloves are provided in the suite.
