Cleaning is not a quick tidy-up. It covers every piece of equipment that may have been used, every surface, and the high-touch areas of the suite.
Equipment
Furniture, toys and restraints are cleaned and disinfected after each rental with an industrial-grade viricide.

Safety during your booking
Bayswater Dungeon Suite hires out a private space and its equipment. We do not provide sexual or personal services, staff or participants, so you are responsible for knowing how to use the equipment safely and for the wellbeing of everyone taking part.
If you are new to a piece of furniture, start slowly, agree a safeword before you begin and keep safety shears or keys within reach when using restraints. The equipment page describes each item, and the team is happy to answer questions by email before your visit.
You are charged for any breakage or missing item, so please report anything that goes wrong. We reserve the right to end a booking immediately, without a refund, in case of a serious breach of the rules, illegal activity or a risk to anyone’s safety.
