A private dungeon for hire in West London
When you hire Bayswater Dungeon Suite, the whole flat is yours for the length of your booking: the dungeon room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Nobody else is booked in at the same time.
The suite was designed by two professional dominatrices, Madame Caramel and Miss Anne Tittou, and has been open since 2022. They chose the furniture, the toys and the lighting, and they still look after the space today. Guests include couples, experienced players, professional and touring dommes, photographers and content creators.
You can book a short session of one hour, an afternoon of up to six hours, or stay the night. Prices are published in full below, and you can book and pay online.

Dungeon hire prices
How much does it cost to hire a dungeon in London?
Our rates are for exclusive use of the whole suite and all standard equipment. The price you see is the price you pay for up to two people by day or a couple overnight; extra guests can be added when you book, up to four people in total.
Hourly hire suits a single scene, a client session or a photoshoot. The longer the booking, the lower the hourly rate. Overnight stays run from 18:00 to 11:00, with early check-in and late check-out available.
Payment is taken by card when you book. Higher rates apply on the night before a bank holiday, as shown in the booking system.

Professional packages
Two to seven days for verified professionals, at overnight rates less 20%, with check-in from 14:00.

We hire out the space and equipment only. We do not provide any sexual or personal services, staff or participants, and every guest must be 18 or over.

Can you get there easily?
The suite is in Bayswater, close to three stations including Paddington, and paid street parking is available nearby.
What are the rules?

What is included when I hire the dungeon?

Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings are non-refundable, but you can move your booking to another available date using the link in your confirmation email, up to 72 hours before your visit.
Can I bring my own toys or film in the dungeon?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own toys and gear. Photography and filming are allowed, provided everyone who appears is 18 or over and has consented.
Do you provide any services?
