London has a busy fetish scene. Beyond regular club nights, a few events bring visitors in from across the UK and abroad every year — and with them, a demand for somewhere private to get ready, play and stay.
Fetish Weekend London
A long weekend of night parties, workshops and talks, socials, performances and play spaces, with a Fetish Fair of latex, leather and lifestyle brands and a fetish-themed bus tour of London’s landmarks. The 2026 edition, the first, ran from 2 to 5 April and was led by Madame Caramel and Mistress Tess. The 2027 edition runs from 1 to 4 April 2027.
The Femdom Ball
An elegant weekend celebrating female domination, held in London each autumn — early October in recent years. Guests wear ball gowns and black tie, and the weekend draws dominatrices and their guests from around the world. A filming day for ladies attending the ball has been held on the Thursday before.
Club Black Whip (CBW)
An intimate femdom club night celebrating Black female dominance, with vetted guests and a strict consent policy. Its most recent return night was limited to 40 places. CBW also runs Mistress training with Madame Caramel and Mistress Lorraine.
Book a dungeon around your event
An overnight stay at Bayswater Dungeon Suite runs from 18:00 to 11:00 and costs £300 Sunday to Thursday or £350 on Friday and Saturday nights. Get ready in the suite before a party, come back afterwards, and sleep in a private bedroom instead of a hotel.

Getting there: Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations are close to the suite, with direct links to central London and Heathrow.
Planning an event weekend
Big fetish weekends fill London’s hotels and play spaces at the same time, so it pays to plan the logistics as early as the tickets.
Getting ready
The suite has a bathroom with a shower, mirrors in the bedroom and a kitchen, so you can change, do make-up and eat before you head out. Large outfits and ball gowns can stay in the suite during your booking.
Timings
Standard check-in is 18:00, which suits evening parties. Early check-in from 16:00 costs £40 extra, and late check-out until 12:00 costs £50 extra — useful after a late night.
Friends
Overnight rates are for a couple. Extra guests can be added for £75 each per night, up to a maximum of 4 people in the suite.
Changes
Bookings are non-refundable, but if an event moves you can change your booking to another date up to 72 hours before your stay.
