The professional package was built for those who make their living through power exchange. Whether you are seeing clients, filming content or offering longer experiences, Bayswater Dungeon Suite gives you a private, fully equipped flat in West London for the length of your stay.

Work, play, film and sleep under one roof. There is no need to book a hotel and a separate dungeon, or to carry furniture across London: the bondage chair, cage bed, stocks, spanking and electro benches, restraints and impact toys are already here, along with a kitchen, a shower and a double bed.

The suite was designed by two working dominatrices, Madame Caramel and Miss Anne Tittou, who know what a professional needs from a space — and what gets in the way.

Discounted rates
20% off overnight rates for verified professionals: from £240 per night Sunday to Thursday and £280 on Friday and Saturday nights, instead of £300 and £350.
Two to seven days
2-Day Package, 3–4 Day Package, 5–7 Day Package. Short stays suit back-to-back sessions or a filming day; longer ones let you settle in and work at your own pace during a tour.
Flexible check-in
Standard check-in for professional packages is from 14:00, with earlier access available on request.
Exclusive access
Use the space alone or share it with a trusted colleague, at no extra cost and without outside interference.
Promotion, if you want it

Space hire only

Bayswater Dungeon Suite hires out a private space and its equipment. That is all we provide. We do not supply clients, staff or participants, we do not arrange or advertise sessions on your behalf, and we do not take a share of your earnings. Our only charge is the hire fee.

Professionals who hire the suite to see clients or create content do so as independent businesses. Under our terms and conditions, you are responsible for:

your clients and guests, and their conduct in the suite;
your own screening, insurance and taxes;
complying with all applicable laws;
making sure everyone present is 18 or over and consenting.

Touring London

Bayswater is a practical base for a London tour. Paddington station, with the Elizabeth line and the Heathrow Express, is nearby, as are Bayswater and Queensway on the Circle, District and Central lines. Clients can reach the suite easily from the West End and the City.

Many visiting dommes time their stay around London’s big fetish dates, such as Fetish Weekend London in April and the Femdom Ball in October, and arrive two or three days early to work before the event.

How are professional packages booked?

Professional packages and longer stays are arranged by email and confirmed once we have agreed them in writing. Contact us with your dates.

Can I share the suite with another domme?

Yes. You can use the space alone or share it with a trusted colleague at no extra charge, within the maximum of 4 people present at any time.

Is there a limit on the number of sessions?

No. Our only charge is the hire fee for the space. We do not take a commission and we are not involved in your sessions or your arrangements with clients.

Do you promote visiting dommes?

With your consent, we can feature your visit on our Visiting Domme page and on our social media. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Can I use the suite as a pro domme space in London for a few days?

Yes. Verified professionals can book the suite as a pro domme space in London for two to seven days, with the professional discount and check-in from early afternoon. You run your own business; we only hire out the space.
