A ready-dressed fetish set in West London
Building a dungeon set in a hire studio takes hours and a van full of furniture. At Bayswater Dungeon Suite it is already there: bondage furniture, impact toys, restraints, hoods, chastity devices and crossdressing wardrobe, arranged by two professional dominatrices who film here themselves.
Photographers, independent creators and small crews use the suite for portraits, editorial fetish work, clip production and social content. Because the whole flat is yours for the booking, there is no shared lobby, no other clients and no time lost waiting for a room.
Dommes filming for the Bayswater Dommes Clips studio work in the same rooms, so you can see what the space looks like on camera before you book.

Sets in the suite
Four distinct looks in one flat. Lighting in the bedroom is coloured LED; bring your own continuous lights or strobes for the dungeon room.
The throne room
A black and gold carved throne, a padded spanking bench and violet lighting. The classic femdom set, framed by a wall of canes, crops and paddles.
Cage bed & red room
A steel cage bed under a rack of hoods and masks, with red walls and mirrors. Works for wide shots and close detail.
LED bedroom
A double bed under a colour-changing LED ceiling — red, purple or blue — with an ornate mirror. Good for softer, cinematic scenes.
Toy wall & details
Floggers, crops, paddles, restraints and hoods on display, ready for insert shots and product content.
Hourly rates for shoots
Studio hire uses the same transparent hourly rates as every booking. The suite and all equipment are included; daytime rates cover up to 2 people.

Extra people are added when you book: £50 each for bookings of up to 5 hours, £75 each for 6 hours or more and overnight. Maximum 4 people. Specialist items such as the sex machine (£50) or the inflatable rubber bag (£70) are rented separately.
Longer productions
For a full day of content, an overnight booking (18:00 to 11:00, from £300) gives you up to 17 hours. Verified professionals filming over several days can book a professional package with 20% off overnight rates and check-in from 14:00.
Consent, ID and model releases
Filming is permitted under our terms, and you are responsible for what you create. Before the shoot, please make sure that:
Everyone is 18+
Every person who appears on camera, and everyone present, must be aged 18 or over. Bring photo ID: we may ask to see it at check-in and can refuse entry without a refund if it is not shown.
Everyone has consented
All performers must agree to being photographed or filmed and to how the material will be used. Any participant can withdraw consent at any time.
Releases are signed
We recommend written model releases and keeping a copy of each performer’s ID, as most clip platforms require them. These are your records — we do not collect or store them.
The location stays private
Please do not show the building, the street or anything that reveals the address in your content.
Filming FAQs
Is filming allowed in the dungeon?
Yes. Photography and filming are permitted during your booking. Everyone who appears must be 18 or over and must have given their consent, and you are solely responsible for the content you create and publish.
How many people can attend a shoot?
Daytime rates cover up to 2 people. Extra people (crew, models) are added at the booking stage for a fee, up to a maximum of 4 people in the suite.
Can I bring my own lights and props?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own lighting, cameras, wardrobe and props. Please use the equipment only for its intended purpose and do not remove anything from the suite.
How much does a photoshoot booking cost?
Studio hire uses the hourly rates: £65 for one hour, £120 for two hours, £220 for four hours and £300 for six hours. Longer productions can book an overnight stay or a multi-day professional package.
Can we film messy scenes?
Messy activities are allowed, but must take place on the waterproof sheets provided. Breakages or missing items are charged.
