A small, private room to teach and gather
Kink education works best in small groups, with room to move and the right furniture to hand. Large club venues are often too public for a first rope class, and a hotel room is too cramped. Bayswater Dungeon Suite sits in between: a private flat in West London with a dungeon room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, used by one group at a time.
Educators bring their own rope and teaching materials; the suite provides the setting, the furniture, the restraints and impact toys, and a clean space that is sanitised after every booking. Because nobody else is on site, attendees can learn and practise without an audience.
Past workshop
Rope workshop course with Sophia Rose
In spring 2024 the suite hosted a four-class rope bondage course with rope educator Sophia Rose, who teaches rope bondage, kink and consent and has more than a decade of personal and professional experience in BDSM.
The course ran on four consecutive Sundays, three hours per class, for a maximum of four couples. Each class built on the last, with free hands-on time for couples to practise what they had learned. Participants on the full course received a set of four treated tying ropes.
It was a class, not a session: attendees came in comfortable clothes, couples of all orientations were welcome, and water, tea and coffee were provided.

How to book a workshop or event
Group bookings are not taken through the online calendar. Email us first with:
- the type of event and who is running it;
- your preferred date and timings;
- the number of people you expect;
- any equipment you plan to use or bring.
We will confirm whether the suite suits your plans, the capacity and the price. Standard bookings are limited to 4 people; anything larger is agreed case by case.

- Everything that happens must be lawful and between consenting adults.
- We hire out the space only and provide no staff, services or participants.
- The suite is non-smoking and illegal drugs are forbidden.

For reference, hourly hire for up to 2 people starts at £65 and runs up to 6 hours.

Can I run a paid class at the suite?
Yes, educators can hire the space for their own classes. As with every booking, we provide the space and equipment only; you are responsible for your attendees, your insurance and complying with the law.
Can we bring our own rope and equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own rope, toys and teaching materials. The suite's own furniture and toys are listed on the equipment page; tell us in advance if you plan anything unusual.
Are drinks allowed at private events?
You are welcome to bring food and refreshments; light snacks are available for a small fee. Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden and the suite is non-smoking.
