Daytime Hire
Our Bayswater BDSM Dungeon is often booked out well in advance and usually is reserved for our daytime hire guests , we are extremely busy in the afternoons but we are also perfect for overnights . Professional Dominatrices , masters and kink professionals have 20% discount on bookings of 4 hours or more. Once you book with us we will advertise you on our twitter account and mailing list.
Daytime rates for the Suite are as follows:
6 hours (11am-5pm) – £300*
4 hours (1-5pm) – £220*
2 hours – £120*
1 Hour £65*

*This rate is for COUPLES only. Extra guests are £75 per person. ( This is not applied to Professional Dominatrices / Maters and kink professional ).
Daytime hire allows exclusive access to all dungeon suite, the kitchen and bathroom.
Soft drinks and snacks are available from the fridge for a small charge.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are paid for in advance at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, providing at least 72 hours notice is given, we will give you the option to reschedule your booking for a future date. Please note that preferred dates for rescheduling may not be available.
If you choose not to reschedule, or if less than 72 hours notice is given, we will refund you as follows:
- More than 72 hours notice – 75% refund
- 24-72 hours notice – 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours notice – no refund
