- Very private indeed. When you hire the Bayswater Dungeon you have the place all to yourself, in a discreet area with a private entrance.
- Only if you wish but we have an extensive collection of toys for you to play with. But please feel free to bring you own toys.
- We have everything: condoms,lube, gloves small to extra large etc…. Poppers are available for a fee. If you need anything specifically please ask, we will try our best to accommodate.
- Madame Caramel worked in the hospitality and cleaning industry for over 10 years so her knowledge and cleaning standards are extremely high. It is common courtesy that our guests leave the Suite in acceptable order e.g all used toys in the cleaning box with used condoms etc removed. Glasses and plates in the sink, and used towels in a basket. The Bayswater Dungeon Suite is professionally designed, and cleaned thoroughly throughout between guests. We take pride in our facilities and welcome guest feedback to retain our high calibre as standard.
- Yes, the suite is situated in a discreet location, within close proximity to 4 tube stations, and two popular high streets.
- We are a fully equipped dungeon therefore we have a collection of equipment and toys and always expanding. Please refer to Equipment page. Bear in mind we are keeping few surprises hidden. So come and see for yourself.
- Yes, all Mistresses and Masters are welcome. Check our Reservations and Daytime Hire Page.
Overnights starts from 6pm to 11am

- Yes. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- There is on street parking.
- If you have paid in advance for a booking or bookings, for example as part of a Sale or Special Offer, and you then have to cancel, we can offer you two options. Firstly you can re-book the night(s) at a later date, subject to availability. Or secondly, we can refund you half of the amount paid. We’re sorry but we can’t give a full refund in this case so please be aware of this before making your booking.
- Yes but please bring your own PVC sheets as we don’t provide them.
- No. Im afraid we have a no smoking policy but we do allow vaping. But you can alway smoke by the main door while people watching. Kind of funny as they don’t know what you’re up to inside.
- Yes we do, this is perfect for visitors from further afield.Further information available on our packages.
- Yes it is, we also have the number of the Cab company we use so they are pretty much used to see you fully dressed in our finery. They will even bring a seat cover if you wearing rubber hahahaha….You will be picked up from the front door.
